Steps to Create a mailbox in Exchange

1. Open Exchange Management Console
2. Select Mailbox on the left hand side of the new window
3. Click New mailbox on the right
4. Click User Mailbox
5. Click Existing User
6. Select the active directory account of the associated user
7. Select the Database to store the new mailbox (There may be more than one)
8. Click Next or Finish and the new mailbox will be created
